How long will it take to receive my order?

How to track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier details. You can click the link in that email to see your parcel’s progress in real time.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over £50. For orders under £50, standard tracked delivery charges apply (shown at checkout).

I placed my order — when will it be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday, 10am Saturday) if placed before our daily cut-off time which is 5pm (10am Saturdays). Orders placed later in the day, on weekends (Saturdays after 10am) or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact our support team right away with your order number and photos — we’ll resolve it quickly (replacement or refund).

Do your tools come with a warranty?

Yes — all power tools and branded products come with the standard manufacturer warranty. Please register your product with the manufacturer where applicable.

What do I do if I need a repair or service under warranty?

Please contact the product’s manufacturer directly to arrange any warranty repairs or servicing after 14 days from purchase from us. Most branded tools (like DeWalt, Bosch, Milwaukee etc.) include 1 year manufacturer warranty support and often require you to register the product on their website for extended warranty.

The reel comes equipped with an anti-strip clutch, so if your line gets snagged on anything while youre reeling it in, you wont break the gears. Likewise, the gears are designed in a planetary system, which reduces the stress on individual pieces and requires less torque from you to pull the line in.

The line itself is braided, so it can stand up to a variety of materials and forces without snapping. It will produce a bold line with minimal chalk spillage onto the ground or your hands, so cleanup will be kept to a minimum.
