At ToolSonLincs LTD, we want you to shop with confidence. All products we sell are genuine and sourced from legitimate UK-based suppliers.

12-Month Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, products purchased from ToolSonLincs LTD are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If you experience a fault with your product during this period, please contact ToolSonLincs LTD with your order details and a description of the problem. We will advise you on the appropriate next steps.

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects and faults arising during normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorised modification or damage caused by using the product outside the manufacturer's instructions.

Extended Manufacturer Warranties

Some manufacturers offer their own extended warranty programmes for eligible products.

Depending on the manufacturer and product, registering an eligible product directly with the manufacturer within their specified registration period may extend the available warranty to 2, 3 or more years.

Registration requirements, eligibility, registration periods and warranty terms vary between manufacturers and products and may change. Customers should therefore check the relevant manufacturer's current warranty terms and register eligible products within the required period.

Where an extended warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer, claims under that extended warranty may need to be made directly with the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Please keep your ToolSonLincs LTD proof of purchase, as this may be required when registering a product or making a warranty claim.

Manufacturer Registration

Not every product is eligible for an extended manufacturer warranty.

Eligibility and warranty duration can depend on the specific product, manufacturer, date of purchase and the manufacturer's current warranty programme.

Where an extended manufacturer warranty is mentioned on a ToolSonLincs LTD product page, customers should still check the manufacturer's current eligibility and registration requirements.

ToolSonLincs LTD cannot guarantee acceptance into a manufacturer's extended warranty programme because registration and eligibility are determined by the manufacturer.

Batteries, Chargers, Accessories and Consumables

Warranty periods and conditions for batteries, chargers, accessories, consumable parts and other components may differ from those applicable to the main tool.

Please refer to the relevant manufacturer's warranty conditions for the specific product where applicable.

Consumable and wear items are generally not covered for deterioration resulting from normal use.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has developed a fault, please contact ToolSonLincs LTD and provide:

• Your name and order number

• The product and model number

• A description of the fault

• Photographs or video showing the issue where appropriate

• Any other information reasonably required to assess the problem

ToolSonLincs LTD will review the information and advise you of the appropriate warranty procedure. Depending on the product, manufacturer and age of the item, this may involve returning the product to ToolSonLincs LTD or, where applicable, using the manufacturer's warranty or repair service.

Please contact ToolSonLincs LTD before returning a faulty product so that we can advise you on the correct procedure.
