Returns & Warranty Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our return and warranty policy for both faulty and unwanted items.


Faulty or Damaged Items (New Products)

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not working, we will replace it or issue a full refund immediately, provided the following conditions are met:

- The item is returned in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and the serial number must match our records.

- The issue must be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery.

Used Items – Manufacturer Warranty

If the item has been used, you will need to register your product with the manufacturer within 30 days from purchase (e.g., DeWalt, Milwaukee, Einhell, Bosch, Karcher, Knipex, Ridgid, Evolution Tools, etc.)

Visit the respective brand’s official website for warranty registration and support details.

Your item is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty and if you registered it within 30 days after purchase, it may be covered for up to 3 years.

Outside our 30-day return period, any repair or replacement will need to be handled directly by manufacturer under their warranty. 

Please note that if the product has been opened in any way or any parts have been replaced before contacting manufacturer repair centre, the warranty may no longer be valid.

We recommend contacting Manufacturer Customer Service, who will be able to arrange inspection and repair or replacement if it’s deemed a manufacturing fault. They will usually ask for:

  • Proof of purchase (your receipt or order confirmation)

  • The model number and serial number of the tool

If you need any information from us to support your warranty claim (e.g. a copy of your invoice), please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

In some cases where the manufacturer refuses to proceed with a warranty repair, we are liable to deal with them directly. If this happens, you must return the item to us with all details, including your order number, and we will resolve the matter on your behalf if your item is within 12-month manufacturer warranty period.

Please note that the return postage to us would need to be covered by the customer.


Return Policy for Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items

We understand that sometimes things change. If you no longer want an item or ordered it incorrectly, you can return it under the following conditions:

Your Responsibilities

  1. Notify us within 30 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it.

  2. After notifying us, you have 15 more days to return the item.

  3. Items must be in unused, undamaged, and fully saleable condition to receive a full refund.

  4. Products must be returned in their original packaging or protective packaging provided by us (e.g., black wrap to prevent water damage).

  5. You must ensure the item is returned safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and providing the tracking number.

  6. Returns must not be hand-delivered to our premises – we do not accept walk-in returns.

  7. Return postage costs for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items are the customer's responsibility.

Please note: We do not offer free returns for unwanted or wrongly ordered items due to high outbound shipping costs and courier regulations.

If needed, we can offer a collection service, but this will incur a fee, which will either be invoiced prior to collection or deducted from your refund.


Our Responsibilities

- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it for damage and resale condition.

- If any damage is found and not previously reported, we reserve the right to refuse or reduce the refund.

- If the item is in good condition, a refund will be processed within 5 working days, although most refunds are issued within 1–2 working days.
