How long will it take to receive my order?

How to track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier details. You can click the link in that email to see your parcel’s progress in real time.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over £50. For orders under £50, standard tracked delivery charges apply (shown at checkout).

I placed my order — when will it be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday, 10am Saturday) if placed before our daily cut-off time which is 5pm (10am Saturdays). Orders placed later in the day, on weekends (Saturdays after 10am) or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact our support team right away with your order number and photos — we’ll resolve it quickly (replacement or refund).

Do your tools come with a warranty?

Yes — all power tools and branded products come with the standard manufacturer warranty. Please register your product with the manufacturer where applicable.

What do I do if I need a repair or service under warranty?

Please contact the product’s manufacturer directly to arrange any warranty repairs or servicing after 14 days from purchase from us. The DCH253 18V XR SDS Cordless Hammer Drill provides 2.1 Joules of impact energy. With a maximum drilling capacity of 26mm in concrete and 24mm in wood, it's ideal for drilling fixing holes in heavy duty materials. A rotation stop mode means it can also be used for light chiseling applications. Bare unit, batteries and charger sold separately.
