How long will it take to receive my order?

How to track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier details. You can click the link in that email to see your parcel’s progress in real time.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over £50. For orders under £50, standard tracked delivery charges apply (shown at checkout).

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently, we deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

I placed my order — when will it be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday, 10am Saturday) if placed before our daily cut-off time which is 5pm (10am Saturdays). Orders placed later in the day, on weekends (Saturdays after 10am) or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact our support team right away with your order number and photos — we’ll resolve it quickly (replacement or refund).

Do your tools come with a warranty?

Yes — all power tools and branded products come with the standard manufacturer warranty. Please register your product with the manufacturer where applicable.

What do I do if I need a repair or service under warranty?

Please contact the product’s manufacturer directly to arrange any warranty repairs or servicing after 14 days from purchase from us. Most branded tools (like DeWalt, Bosch, Milwaukee etc.) include 1 year manufacturer warranty support and often require you to register the product on their website for extended warranty.

Yes, all products shown as available on our website are in stock and ready to dispatch. Stock levels update automatically.

Organise your most used hand tools with our efficiently designed wall-mounted Wall Hive system. Attach the Wall Hive to your wall using StealthMounts Mini Cleats (included). Mounting with StealthMounts Mini Cleats allows for a modular storage system where the Wall Hive components can be mounted at any desired distance from one another and in tight spaces for maximum workshops efficiency.
